All camps receive guests at night?

I understand the reasons for arriving late and disturbing others. But it isn't an excuse. If something makes you late for your reservation, call the CG and tell them. Stuff happens. They may tell you to come ahead. They may also tell you what time they open the next morning. The operators as well as the other guests require sleep, too.
