all weather vent covers

Seems to me you're confusing simple vent covers costing perhaps $30 to $60 USD to powered vent kits costing hundreds $$$. Since you said you need "new vent covers" that would suggest you're replacing existing ones which have deteriorated and if so a simple vent cover is all you need. Hard to offer suggestions when you're unclear about exactly what it is you want. :h
