well i need new vent covers for my rv, looking at the all weather covers. but the cost.are these things worth so much money? local shop wants $80. usd each.$300.usd for just a fancy vent cover / with built in fan, that closes when it rains.

Is that installed? You can buy Camco vent covers for $15 at Wal-Mart. I bought my Max Air covers for 20 each about 7 years ago.

Have had Maxair covers for years and usually keep the vents open whenever it is in storage. If not needing AC or heat it is great to leave them open and not worry about the rain or snow. As said the cost is below $20 each and quick to install.

i do not have the brand in front of me. but yes the cost is through the roof.i can not see paying there price. big rv dealer in manteca ca.

Go on-line to Camping World and they are $30-$60 or try ebay or Amazon.
