This forum is littered with comments related to poor turn-around times at RV service departments. Every time I read them, I wonder why is it/how is it that this industry finds this kind of service to be acceptable. It isn't like this to have your car worked on, or any other type of similar service.
The time it took to fix the OP's problem is enough time to build dozens of brand new RV's. Its enough time to remodel your house, or heck, build a spec house. Yet RV service dept's have been allowed to take their sweet time...???
