If lightning struck my trailer, I would be testing each and every wire for the proper resistance, every switch, every light and fixture, every receptacle, not to mention all of the devices that were connected at the time of the strike. It's not like they can take a new microwave and just plug it in.
Actually, we don't know the extent of the damage so any estimates to time of repairs is a WAG. Knowing what others endure for wait time at a dealership, the time stated by the OP doesn't seem that unreasonable.
