Alpin Haus in Amsterdam, NY did us a HUGE favor a few years back. We pulled in unannounced on a very busy Friday with a grenaded roof vent. They pulled a tech off the job he was on to replace it. 2 hours in and out. We were ecstatic we didn't have to put up with a 14" hole in the roof during our week-long trip.
