Based on what was posted, I agree with this comment. Taking a part here or there from another unit is one thing, major damage from lightning is something else altogether. Also sounds like there was a delay with the insurance company. That wouldn't be the fault of the rv dealer.
Couldn't be that "major". Once they started the work it only took a day and a half to do.
