Oh yea, Hickory Hills! Big surprise! The ultimate party park. I'm surprised you got any sleep there. We were there twice, the first time some kids vandalized the shower building by spreading spaghetti sauce, yes you read that right, spaghetti sauce all over both the men's and women's rooms. They must have go0ne out and bought a case of the stuff. And noise all night long. People running around in and out of everyone else's camp sites, etc. Management was very apologetic but claimed they couldn't do anything about it.
The second time we were there several people thought it was cool to put speakers out on their car roofs and have stereo wars. The management was oblivious and said they have to catch them doing it. Never again.
The only place I know of that's worse than Hickory Hills is the Wolf River Campground in New London.
Please, please, submit a review to http://www.rvparkreviews.com/. The last review of this place is 7 years old and clearly nothing has changed there.
