It surprises me to see some that don't think this is a big deal (weed is illegal in WI) plenty of campers with young kids who don't want or expect their children exposed to this when paying for a site. I believe there is a reasonable expectation of rules and laws not being broken and if they are, a reasonable expectation of follow up/enforcement. If your neighbors at your residence behaved this way, would that be okay also?
