Interesting comments. Not sure who used to be the 911 dispatcher, but where I live you get fined for using 911 for non-emergency calls. Calling about someone simply smoking pot, while illegal, does not constitute an emergency.
LOL, I went to a drive-in the other night. To see of all movies: "We're the Millers"
I realize that I'm in Ca but if I called 911 for all the weed that was being smoked there I would have missed the movie! I thought I was at a "Stones concert" or something!
The ol lady was pi$$ed. Me, I just watched the movie and ate popcorn...........a LOT of popcorn for some reason? :B
