Without knowing the truck only front axle weight it is hard to say if your wd hitch is adjusted properly.
Weighing 3 times total is the best way to get all the weights.
1: Truck & trailer ready to roll down the road.
2: Truck & trailer, but with wd bars unmatched, in the back of the truck.
3. Truck only. Leave hitch in and wd bars in bed.
Did you use a CAT Scale that has 3 scales for the steer axle (front), drive axle (rear), and the trailer axles?
Knowing those weights we can figure out if you are restoring the proper amount of lost front axle weight (truck only fa weight to trailer hooked, but wd bars unlatched fa weight), and what your loaded tw is.
Not totally understanding your posted weights either. Front axle, total truck weight (all 4 wheels), but what is rear axle 8560#???? Lost me there.
If possible, be as close to loaded for a trip as possible (if not headed out on a trip) for more accurate weights.
