i was in a long term, i.e.: seasonal park for several years. i had a neighbor who wouldn't walk their dog.. just let it run. i asked them nicely several times, to keep their dog out of my spot. i tried building a temporary fence between our spaces, which didn't help.. when i had a guest step on some dog waste was the final straw. from that day forward, i started tossing the dog waste under their camper or onto the roof of their camper.. after a couple weeks, i noticed that they started walking their dog, to the dog exercise area..
