I am amazed at the actions of some fellow RV campers do. There's the fellow with blue gloves draining the grey and black tanks with gloves "blue" unhooks the sewer hose and then proceeds to disconn...

That said, I just have a bottle of hand soap with me and I just wash my hands when i am done at the dump station.
If the wife has McDonals waiting for me in the truck when I am done, I may sanitize my hands as well.....maybe.

I used to wear gloves but stopped. Was tired of my hands getting sweaty. I don't wear gloves when I go to the bathroom so I didn't see the need since I am only touching the outside of a plastic hose. I always wash my hands when I am finished. I do keep a tube of the sanitary wipes under the back seat of my truck. When I am done dumping, I just grab a couple of the wet towels from the tube and wash my hands.
I never wash out the inside of my sewer hose either since the gray tank and the galley tank get flushed after the black which should clean out any solids in the hose.
I do use my white hose to hook up to my black tank flush on the outside of the trailer. Unless the black tank somehow backed up into the hose somehow, the hose is only touching a hose fitting on the outside of the camper.
