While I am not opposed to dumping gray water on the ground while dry camping its idiots like this that take the cake. A little common sense goes a long way but I guess we are short on common sense these days.
I read someplace, maybe on this forum, where some campgrounds are asking that the gray water gets dumped on the grass and trees around the campsite. If I remember correctly there septic tanks were getting overrun with water and their water bill was over running them so they now water the trees and grass plus have less strain on their septic.
