X 2 on the Blue Coral wash from Walmart. I also buy Lucas Slick Mist and Turtle Wax 1 Step Wax & Dry both about $5 to $7 at WM. With either one just spray on after you rinse the rv and then wipe dry with a soft towel. For high areas, I use a Swiffer mop and stick the edges of the towel in the holes. (No going up and down ladder) Like the bear II says, it has a shine that looks like you spent all day waxing. I used to wax the rv twice a year with NuFinish and was exhausted at the end of the day. Now it is so simple, wash & wax takes about 2 hours, and I get lots of comments on the shine.
so, i would use the was & wax...... then use the turtle wax? or is there a was only from blue coral?
would 1 bottle cover a 30' TT?
also..... does brush type matter? foam, hard bristle, soft bristle
You're serious right??
Hey there's another thread about how to and what to use to clean the bathroom too. Better read up on that one. It garnered 3 pages of responses, lol.
Anyway, please tell us you're joking that you have to ask how to wash your RV......
Quite the rude comment. they were more concerned with how to wash the roof without damaging it. If you are not going to be insightful, there is no need to comment.
To clean my roof, i actually use my pressure washer set to a low psi. I used to use
Dicor rubber roof cleaner. I also use their
Rubber roof conditioner. I figure that it is cheap insurance as i do not want to spend $2k+ for a replacement roof.
For the rest of the camper, i use any automotive wash with wax in it. Once a year, i wax with Nufinish or spray on wax depending on how much time i have to work on it.
