I too will buy from HFT, they don't hide the country of origin of there tools.
Check that in other store that charge a premium price, and the tool is still made in China.
Went to buy a Greenlee multi meter at Home depot, it was more than twice the price of Harbor Freight Tools, both made in China, likely in the same factory.
Most of daily tools (home mechanic) are Craftsman. Just noticed that the 1/2" breaker bar (Craftsman) I just bought was "Made in China" nothing is sacred any more.
