Is it just me, or is anybody else so anal they wash the trailer before leaving?

I wash it before our road trips and when we return. Usually 1 - 3 weeks on the road. Don't worry while we are on the road. It's under a trailer cover when not in use. Wax once a year except the front cap, twice a year. Makes the bugs slide off a little easier.
