Those are false and incorrect numbers. In actuality no one knows how many people would test positive because not everyone has been, or will be, tested. The numbers of infected people is much, much higher than those number put forth as the number of cases. Until you can accurately assess how many people actually have, or had and recovered, from the virus, the numbers are meaningless.
After all this thing has been around since November at least.
