OK, there is a second answer to when we can open things. So we need to wait until 350 million tests are produced, administered, and the results analyzed until we can even consider having anything better than a subsistence welfare state economy? And even then it all depends on the results. What if the test results aren't whatever it is you are looking for from those tests? (What ARE you wanting to see from the tests anyway?) We better order another round of tests just to be sure! Then we will be given badges of safe or unsafe depending on whether we had the virus or not. (DR Fauci's idea, not mine) As long as it takes says Lantley. Got it.
