I don't think that would be an economic hit for this country. Seriously. 3 million people die in the US every year. Of your 267,545 a lot of those would've been in that 3 million anyway because they are old or in poor health. In fact, if you want to be cold about it, it may be an economic boost because it gets old people who contribute nothing to the economy off the Social Security/Medicare rolls.
Do you really think an extra 100,000 or 200,000 deaths in one year of old unhealthy people is going to disturb this economy? Not nearly as much as this shutdown. I saw a story from a major news organization today saying this recession will probably be the worst the world has seen since the 1930s. Congratulations Braniacs.
