It was easy enough to find some info about it, I hope it works. Interesting reading. BTW, it is being developed by BiondVax, a private Israeli pharmaceutical company and supported by the NIH. Some like to split hairs, so let's get that part right. :)
They have been working on this particular vaccine since 2011 and are hopeful to have some phase 3 results by the end of the year. (Wondering about that since they are talking about monitoring patients for 2 flu seasons which this ignorant non-doctor assumes to require 2 years and they started the trial in 2019. But I digress.) IF it works, the company will then analyze their data and submit a new drug application with the FDA that is typically over 100,000 pages. (How long to fill out the application? no idea.) By the time it gets on some bureaucrats desk, add another 12 months for the government to approve it.
So, if all goes well for this promising new universal flu vaccine, it might hit the market by late 2022.
