The frequencies depend, in part, on the amount of load carried on each axle.
Axle load distributions usually are selected to minimize pitch and heave for non-towing conditions.
When a trailer is attached, the TV's pitch and heave dynamics are changed.
Even with your relatively small tongue weight, having some amount of WD might improve the TV's dynamics.
You would have to experiment to determine if there is an optimum amount.
Do you know the trailer's loaded tongue weight?
It's possible that too much tongue weight, with no WD applied, is causing TT dynamics to be coupled into the TV dynamics.
But, again, with such a light TT, I doubt that is the case.
Keep in mind that different vehicles can have significantly different suspension characteristics.
What works well for one TV/TT combination might not work well for another.
