Yes. I do understand that the angle is intended for weight distribution bars. I actually just wanted to know if you can actually set the hitch at 15 degrees without a failure. I wanted to use this for a degree of tongue height adjustment. I have the height adjust up and down as far as I can set it in the holes with bolts. I just needed a hair more downward. If the ball swings towards the trailer by 15 degrees that geometrically will lower the tongue a hair. Now....this whole weight distribution bar and chain thing has me in a quandary. I have a setup guide in the manual I will need to reread. It just was not sinking in.
