The cheapest jacks may have that 3000 lb rating but they are better suited for tongue weights of half their rating. If you had a heavy toy hauler or needed a tall lift, I would point to jacks in the $250 range. I had a Bulldog 4K lb tongue jack on my toy hauler with an extended foot (now that would be overkill on your trailer).
As long as your trailer is using the standard 3-bolt mount, you have it easy. Depending on the jack, you may need to buy an inline fuse holder, some heavy gauge wire and terminations while others will have all of this included. I will suggest that the jack you choose have a removable foot. If you need to add a wider or taller jack foot later, this will make the swap as simple as pulling a pin.
