In many cases the whining of the turbine that makes more noise than a gas engine- and I know of plenty of electric blowers that make just as much noise as gas ones.
That being said, it's sad that so little common sense applies any more.
I'd think a quick 5-min blow job a couple of times a day (maybe Mid AM and Mid PM) would be OK.
OTOH, I'm sure there's crazies who might be out at 7:00 AM and going at it for 30 minutes.
Yep, I was thinking of posting similar... electric is not always quieter.
