I didn't hear anything about the FHP involved crash last month. I tried googling it and found nothing. What county was that in.

Those numbers seem correct. So 20% of KIA were under 20 with a mean of 23 years. That is still a lot of 18 and 19 year old's dying for our Country. If the average was any lower that would mean a lot of 18 and under.
