Another blow out/up in flames MH on I-75

This is the '3rd' MH burnt to a crisp on I-75 because of a blown tire. All within the past few months.

Just out the FHP comment about the driver.
Trooper feels the need to describe the driver as "elder".:R
The driver was 65 years old.
My guess would be that the trooper was a pimply faced 19 year old just like the one that made a u-turn last month on I-75 in his patrol car and caused fatalities.
I had no idea 19 year olds are allowed to be troopers in Florida.:(
