Bounder pulling out of his space in a campground in Parump NV. I was walking and saw his shorepower cord still attached. I yelled, he saw me and stopped just after it was yanked out of his MH. Four wires, all hot, bare ends and not shorting out...yet. I ran to the shorepower and turned off the breaker and removed the cord.
