You DO NOT need a bigger vehicle. I see, all over the country, people successfully and apparently safely towing such trailers with vehicles like the Toyota Sequoia, Honda CRV's and others not nearly as heavily built as your Ford.
Hitch it up and balance the load properly and drive it. You may need a WD hitch but I am sure you will be fine.
