After my less than stellar experience at CW I found another Starcraft factory authorized store.
That's our deal - after the parts have arrived my rig shows up at the crack of dawn on a specific day. It's worked on and out of the shop in a few hours. I know where we'll be buying when it comes time to upgade to a new TT
I don't see the point of my rig setting around collecting dust with me at home paying off the loan.
