I suspect that the tech may have unplugged the fridge and it switched over to gas and nothing was done to disable the gas.
The scary thing is that this woman just had surgery the day before and luckily was staying at a friends for rehab. I do believe if the woman had returned home, things would have been much worse. I went into the trailer today to try and find the urn with her husband's remains. So sad. All of her belongings gone.
