Another Rant - can't help it!!

We camp to get away from our crazy "neighbor" who "caretakes" the property next door. He has a 5 year anti-harassment order against him currently as he swore at us, chased my husband with a baseball bat out on the street, and erected these strange symbols in the yard (hangman's noose, cameras dangling from trees, rubber glove on a stick with middle finger, etc.) and threatened us with some disgusting acts. Owner won't evict him so we crank up the music to avoid listening to him honk his horn, slam doors and play his guitar badly. So, a little bit of loud music or yelling kids is blissful. Not so cool are cutting trees or "borrowing" a firepit. We have 6 acres which isn't nearly enough.
