Kuhmo Radial 857
I put these on this past summer and could tell a significant difference immediately. Trailer tracked better and less side to side sway when we encounter high winds in Colorado. They have the highest load rating at 2271 lbs per tire and 99 mph speed rating....if you want to risk it
These have the highest load rating in this size, but its strange. Last I shopped, which was just 5-6 months ago, they did not categorize the tires purpose as a trailer tire and I cant find any documentation that I saved showing it was available in this size that long ago. It was not listed.
Now they make it more clear, it can be used as a trailer tire, or commercial truck and comes in the 205/75 R14 size. Reports on this tire on trailers is not bad (in other sizes) but there are bad reports too, like any tire on the market. This sounds like a pretty good option, if its not double or triple the cost.
Edit: I may have omitted these from being a contender due to the 65psi rating. I could not find any confirmation my aluminum wheels could handle 65psi cold, which may be 70psi hot. The size is still puzzling me, even tire rack shows it as 205R14C vs 205/75 R14 and its very difficult to find elsewhere.
