The Kumho 857 says LT Radial on the sidewall. It is a commercial truck tire, marketed as being for light trucks, vans and trailers.
It is an 83 series ( section height ) and as such, the more direct size replacement for a 205/75-14 would be the 195-14.
My research showed that my Sendel aluminum wheels could safely be inflated to the required 65 psi of these load range D tires.
Well, it appears I did omit these tires from my comparison list due to max PSI required for the higher load rating to be met and conflicting info.
There is conflicting information between the US and other countries this tire is sold. This tire is not marketed in the USA for anything but trailers in the USA, and no one states that its an LT tire. Not even Kumho. If its stamped on the tire but not confirmed or stated elsewhere, it makes me uneasy.
On wheels, I cannot find any information on the standard white steel wheels or my OEM aluminum wheels allowing 65psi. Where did you dig up the info?
All this aside, be it major or minor, this does appear to be a decent tire for the 14" wheel which has no other options beyond Load C. You get Load range D, but with a few question marks, but they are very much safety related question marks.
