From the 2015 Sendel wheel catalog, the following quote regarding their wheels meeting SAE standards ( bold letters added by me ):

most stringent demands of testing. All of our wheel products have tested and been approved by global
quality and performance standards. SAE J2530, SAE 1204 and JWL are some of the most recognizable that we have passed.
For some of our recent trailer wheels we have made the extra effort in design
and manufacturing to pass both SAE J2530 and J1204 on the same wheel. To our knowledge we are
the only manufacturer of trailer wheels that offer this level of certifications. "
