  • This was about 20 miles from where I live. Listening to the local news they mentioned he was a transient homeless and known to move in the area to different places to park his rig. It's a matter of time before the big box stores and others with large parking lots no longer will allow overnight usuage.
  • Article didn't state if they towed off the "RV". So next time thru I'll park next to it. No neighbors and nice and quiet.

OOPS...Forgot this day and age he is probably already out and he'll be spending the night there.

We do the I-5 corridor 2 or 3 times a year. Most Walmarts along I-5 are not worth stopping at, even if you'r just passing thru looking for a place to catch little sleep. There's lot of other places that are really good.
  • I'll bet he wasn't "camping" there.

This could happen ANYWHERE. A gas station, a grocery store, a library parking lot, etc etc etc.

I don't see where Walmart would shut down normal people who stop for one night to "camp" *shrug*
  • The guy had a warrant out for his arrest. He could have been in a car, truck or any other type of vehicle. he happened to be in an RV. Since he was in a bus maybe Walmart will just limit their restrictions to class A vehicles.:h Summer is almost here and we'll be talking about great camping trips:B
