We currently live in Washington and have never had any problem with ants, mice, or other pests in the RV. We are about to leave to move to Georgia, via Colorado and Oklahoma. At what point should we start to use that ant repellant spray (and what is its name again)? And what about mice - when are we likely to start having problems with them? Thanks!

Why would moving cause you to have mice, or ants :?. As long as you don't leave food out for them to come for. you won't have any

I usually spray under the coach with ant spray and put the ant powder on the cords and that usually keeps them out. If you have pets keep the pet food up and covered.

we use the small ant baits that you can buy at the supermarket. Put 4 of them throughout the RV. Follow directions on pkg. I would put them out as soon as you arrive in GA.

As long as you have the bottom sealed up tight and don't leave any open containers of food around, or crumbs on the floor for that matter you shouldn't have any problems with either.
