Any good fuel companies for a good fuel card for travel?

Chevron says I'm 'time honored member' since 1977, but traveling out of state and using the card only once they shut the card down. Then trying to call them to find out why the embarassment at the pum...

If you keep only a bare minimum of money in the account, yes, that's possible. But then you have to pay service fees.
