Any horror stories with a Blue Ox Sway Pro, new design....

with the none adjustable head tilt, and rotary brackets?? I'm almost ready to buy but read of one horror story but owner may of had the nose high on the trailer when setting up. My Reese Strait-...

I like mine. The little springs that hold the pins that secure the WD bars both broke. I just replaced them with rubber bands. The I bolts attaching the chains are worn and I plan on replacing those. I have ~2 years and 20,000 miles on the setup.
