Any horror stories with a Blue Ox Sway Pro, new design....

Just doesn't work for me. I've raised my jack as high as it will go. In fact, I've even put a block of wood under it, and raised it so high, the rear wheels of the TV are up off the ground. Still need the wrench. The video looks like he's only using 4 or 5 links. Im at 9 links to get my weight distributed right.

If I used only 4 or 5 links I could probably do it by hand as well. But that just ain't gonna work for me.
