Just doesn't work for me. I've raised my jack as high as it will go. In fact, I've even put a block of wood under it, and raised it so high, the rear wheels of the TV are up off the ground. Still need the wrench. The video looks like he's only using 4 or 5 links. Im at 9 links to get my weight distributed right.
If I used only 4 or 5 links I could probably do it by hand as well. But that just ain't gonna work for me.

Hi fellas, the video linked above is mine. Hey I'm good at photoshop....but that is not a example of my mad photoshop skilz ;)
I am using the sixth link ( counted from the free end of the chain ) in this case to get the correct WD setup.
It's my six year old's job to rotate the cams. We're at seven free links on 1000lb bars. I set the chains and he rotates the cam with the wrench. He also raises and lowers the rig with the electric jack. I couldn't do it with the regular wrench if we didn't raise up the rig. I tried 8 free links once and that was noticeably more difficult. If I didn't have an electric jack, I would use a breaker bar. He wouldn't think setting things up would be so cool if he didn't get to use the wrench.
The hitch is great...easy to hookup and no weird noises going forward, backward, or when turning. I'm a fairly stout guy and the hitch head is a handful for me. The six year old can't set up the head...yet.
