Any horror stories with a Blue Ox Sway Pro, new design....

So do you unlatch the coupler then just raise the front of the trailer off the ball until all of the weight is off the bars? That would eliminate the raise the trailer, unhook the bars, lower the trailer unlatch the coupler, raise the trailer off the ball routine.
