Any horror stories with a Blue Ox Sway Pro, new design....

with the none adjustable head tilt, and rotary brackets?? I'm almost ready to buy but read of one horror story but owner may of had the nose high on the trailer when setting up. My Reese Strait-...

I can't say enough about Blue Ox customer support. You won't read horror stories because if you are having issues and contact Blue Ox, they will make sure you get the appropriate solution.
