Any horror stories with a Blue Ox Sway Pro, new design....

with the none adjustable head tilt, and rotary brackets?? I'm almost ready to buy but read of one horror story but owner may of had the nose high on the trailer when setting up. My Reese Strait-...

Blue Ox themselves provide some excellent support. I've called them a few times to understand how the hitch works and verify that I setup the hitch correct and they've been great. I called them for an issue I was having with the powder coating on the bars and latches. They replaced them no questions asked.
