Nothing wrong with it and it will obviously double your capacity and will take twice as long to charge. For best life stay above 12 volts. Keep the water over the top of the plates. If you dont have one, get a decent digital gauge to watch battery voltage.
When you store it plug it in or disconnect the batteries as its going to kill them while sitting. It will kill the battery if its completely discharged too often or you go under 12 volts often. If stored and on charge keep an eye on the water level.
