Anybody ever use a Stinger?
I have a project that I think one of these would work great. Just wanted to know if anybody ever used one or seen one in use. In 40 years I haven't seen one on the road so they must not have sold many...

But, gotta be devils advocate for discussion purposes...
#1 is that if used on public roads (touches pavement), it must have a DOT certification
#2 Can't see how it will back up. It will bind
