Propride P3 stinger height?

Question

I just received a ProPride 3P Adjustable Hitch Bar. My previous one was stolen before it was ever used. I do not have the original instructions and this one did not come with any. I think I just need to know the suggested height of the stinger. I can figure out where to put the bolts from other photos.

Does anyone have instructions for assembling the ProPride 3P Adjustable Hitch Bar? I have a 2015 Chevy 2500 and a 2016 Grand Design Imagine 2950 if that matters.
