Anyone flat towing a 2011 Honda Element EX auto. 4x4

Looking at buying a 2011 Honda Element EX to tow has anyone flat towed a 2011 Honda Element with auto trans. 4x4 ? It seems to have the same drive train as the CRV . Any information would be apprecia...

I'm flat towing a 2011 Element 2WD auto. It is the same drive train as a CRV.
Voids the warranty but I have never had a warranty claim in four Honda's yet. Worse case is I'll take the baseplate off. I can take it in 30 minutes.
