Lately there seems to be an uptick in the restoration of classic RVs and I may have found a candidate for restoration. This little gem is in the coastal town of Lakeside, OR and I’m pretty sure you could negotiate a good price. There is good access for hooking up and pulling out to the street. At least one front tire looks like it is inflated but I’m not sure about the other 5. I didn’t see any of the obviously missing parts laying around but they could be inside the RV.Here are a few photos and if you are interested, I might be able to get the address so you could contact the owners. We didn’t notice any dogs in the yard but if you go to look, I’d be wary.

I'd be careful going inside that fence, it's there for a reason LOL.

If the outside looks that bad - I can imagine what the inside looks like - most of Oregon rains 9 months a year.

Turn it into something like this stock and unrestored looking Winnebago on the outside, but with an insane resto-mod on the inside and a 900 HP engine. Zero to 50 in 3 seconds!!

Junker RV's with homeless are becoming common in Portland. Those who had old beater/junker RV's couldn't donate them to charity and had to pay someone to haul it away ... it was cheaper to give it to homeless. Portland recently wised up and is now providing free towing of your junker RV so they don't end up on the street providing source of constant complaints.

When I'm traveling around my hometown I keep my eyes out. With our old TT I found a junk pile of an RV that was same model as ours but totally junk. The guy was using it as a wood shed. I talked to guy and he was more than happy to sell me spare tire, the rim is what I really wanted and rear awning arm for $20.00

But I must admit with our newer TT, I'm having a harder time finding 16 inch alum wheels. I think of RV's like this as "dispersed junk yards".

I don't think you want to use restoration. It's more like demolition.
