No regrets but I occasionally miss having more than 400sqft. I certainly don't miss the extra space enough to spend 2 hours a day sitting in traffic trying to figure out how to make my truck fly or how to mount a battering ram or bazooka to the front of my truck to dissipate said traffic simply to get back to that extra space.
